Chris and I moved because our landlord refused to let us keep our second cat, Izzy. Upon turning in the keys of the old place, the landlord is charging us for renovating the old apartment. The specific legal status of one of the documents additional to the lease make this legally sound.

We assumed it wouldnt be legally sound, because of the specifics of Mietrecht. We were wrong.
