Hey everyone! This is a page dedicated to help raise money for Jimmy Gaines' court and lawyer fees. As most of you know, he was falsely charged over a joke involving Chattanooga State Community College and Southern Adventist University. While it was just a big over-reaction, he still has to hire a lawyer and pay lots of other costs just to avoid a 3 year minimum prison sentence.

Because of this, a couple of his friends have joined together to make this site and help him raise the money he needs to defend himself in court. Even if he does win his case he still has to pay a couple thousand dollars. I know most people wouldn't see this as fair so here is your chance to help out your friend when he needs it. 100% of the funds received will go straight to Jimmy so that he can put this disaster behind him.
