Hi, my name is Kevin Simpson. I’m 36 years old and recently suffered my third stroke in six years. Right now, I’m unable to work and facing the toughest time of my life.

I have a wonderful wife and two young children, ages 7 and 4, and my greatest concern is keeping a roof over our heads and making sure we can cover our basic needs.

I’m preparing for a surgery that will keep me out of work for another 6 to 12 weeks. With no income during this time, we’re struggling to stay afloat. It’s incredibly difficult for me to ask for help, but I’ve run out of options and want to do everything I can to support my family.
