Hello there! On behalf of Oasis Tattoo Collective in Gainesville, Florida, we have created this memorial fund for our homie, Guillermo "Billy Moe" Morales. We had the honor & pleasure of calling Billy Moe family here at Oasis since April 2022. Whether you crossed paths with Billy down in Miami, Gainesville or any other part of the world, he'd always greet you with a smile, a kiss on the cheek and most likely a "que bola?"

On Saturday August 13th, Billy was involved in a fatal car accident that left his family, friends & coworkers in complete shock & disbelief. Nobody can prepare you for the sudden loss of a loved one, but it pains us even more to know he leaves behind his young son, AJ.
