Pay Legal Fees to Fight Medical Tyranny in LA, CA!

My fellow freedom lovers, now is the time to fight medical tyranny in California! On February 28th, I went to Kaiser Permanente in Pasadena CA to get an eye exam and a new prescription for glasses. I was told a mask was required, and when I politely declined to wear one, I was informed that I would not receive the medical attention that I needed, which is my legal right in CA. The staff then instructed me to leave if I was not going to wear a mask, and again, I politely declined. Bear in mind that February 28th was ironically the last day of the Covid State of Emergency in California!

Kaiser called the police, and 2 officers and 1 sergeant arrived WITHOUT masks on. Despite one officer’s vocal support for my refusal to wear a mask, the police instructed Kaiser staff to make a citizen’s arrest against me for trespassing on their property. I was then escorted out of the building where the police issued a citation and gave me a court date on May 30, 2023.

While this is a misdemeanor offense, I need to hire a great attorney for my defense, and potentially to file a suit against Kaiser for the arrest, depending on how much we are able to raise.

Did Kaiser violate my right to seek the medical care that I need? Was I trespassing because I wasn’t wearing the mask? Should Kaiser have simply refused to serve me without calling the police? Were the police also in violation of the mask policy, rendering the arrest invalid? Is there even a legal justification for the mask mandate to begin with?

Please help me fight the tyrannical medical-state while we still can! California and Los Angeles County have put insane restrictions on citizens for the past 3 years, and it’s time to fight back against these robotic, bureaucratic authoritarians. Enough is enough, and we need to send Kaiser and the Board of Public Health a strong, freedom-loving message to stop this nonsense now!
