Hi my name is Jessica & I’m a senior & my Emotional Support Dog is Arwen.

We recently became homeless on Jan 30th, 2025 because my recent employer wanted to renovate their ADU to make money & insisted I leave earlier.

I’m a personal asst/caregiver/gourmet chef/perfect driver in 6 states; I’ve been seeking a new residence or live-in job for almost 2 months on NEXTDOOR & on Craigslist to no avail but, I received GOOD LUCK N BEST WISHES & I KNOW YOU’LL FIND SOMETHING BETTER.Very appreciated for the kind responses.

I have called every number n referral that has been given to me:211, HUD, SR. Housing & more-more than 200 calls in 3 days. I’ve gone to homeless shelters & I even went down to SKID ROW to Urban Women’s Shelter & THE MISSION(where a fight ensued & a riot there after, I was afraid for my life n my dogs. Most places won’t take Emotional Support Dogs at ALL. Especially Shelters.

Please help us!

I know the timing doesn’t seem right to ask, during the recent fires n all the displaced families but, we are truly desperate. I work for the Goodwill on weekends n that is my only paid job at the moment.

Please find it in your hearts to BLESS US with some MONEY job, a room or car .
