My best friend and rescue dog, Penelope, came into my life 5 years ago. She had suffered horrific hip injuries as a pup which has caused ongoing back issues leading a torn acl that needs TPLO surgery. Insurance is not an option due to the pre-existing conditions.
I just want to make my girl pain free and well enough to maybe chase a ball and en joy our hikes one day.
