Fien Van Lysebettens met many life-long friends through RacingThePlanet, and those who had the privilege of being on the trails alongside her will always remember her strength, warmth, and unwavering free spirit.

She had a rare ability to connect with people, to lift others even in the toughest moments, and to find joy in challenge and adventure. The friendships she built and the lives she touched are a testament to the kind of person she was.

We are heartbroken to have lost Fien too early. In the face of this loss, we want to honour her in a way that reflects what she loved most: community, resilience, and the transformative power of shared experiences.
