Hi my name is Natalie and I am married to my very hard working husband Robby Lockhart. We have 2 children at home, Rhyder age 11, and Lailah age 10. I also have a daughter, Cailin age 20, that just recently graduated from cosmetology school and is starting her career as an Esthetician. My husband and I recently moved to Nashville due to his previous job opening up a new location and needed my husband to get it started. We signed a contract on a rental property for a year lease fully expecting my husbands career to provide for us. Two months after moving in our new house that my husbands employer moved us to from Alabama, my husbands employer laid him off with no explanation after working for the company for 4 years, most of the time working 6 to 7 days a week. Because of that I lost my car because we could no longer afford to pay for it. My husbands vehicle was fully paid off so we at least still had one vehicle. He began searching immediately for a new job and within a week of being laid off was able to find another job and we were able to keep a roof over our heads. The job doesn’t pay nearly as well as his previous job and we can barely afford to pay for food and rent and we are still under contract on our house. With that being said we can’t afford for me to get a vehicle and now my husbands vehicle has finally decided to break. On September 14, 2025, while we were driving around desperately looking for a cheaper place to live so that we can start working on saving money for me a car, the right wheel on his vehicle snapped off the vehicle and the repairs are estimated at $4,500. I have provided pictures. We simply do not have this kind of money and my husband is now having to pay for Ubers to work and asking for rides, and we are scared we will be on the streets if we can’t find a way to come up with enough money to fix our car or purchase another vehicle. I never would have imagined I would be on a public platform explaining something very private and desperately asking for donations to help us. I know whatever Gods Will is will be done and I am handing this over to God but my last plea for help goes out to my fellow citizens. If you can donate even $1.00 that would greatly be appreciated.
