Hello, my name is Oleksandra Barstok, and I’m a Ukrainian actress currently living in London. Before the war, I was building a promising career at the prestigious theater in Kyiv . Unfortunately, due to the ongoing war and the extremely dangerous situation in my country, combined with the difficulties of finding work, I have been looking for new opportunities across Europe and the UK.

I was accepted into the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art’s MA Theatre Lab program in London, a world-famous course certified by King's College London. Where I have been successfully studying for 6 months. This programme is exactly what I was looking for - an opportunity to develop and improve my craft in a way I never thought possible.

However, the cost of pursuing this dream is substantial. Tuition alone is £16,160, and though I got maintenance loan, it won’t cover the full amount. I still need to raise at least £3,000 to be able to complete my studies . That’s where I’m hoping you can help.

The past two years have been incredibly difficult—both personally and professionally. Acting is more than just a career to me—it’s my life, my calling, and my way to contribute to the world. I believe that this program will allow me to grow as an artist and create a positive impact on contemporary theatre.
