I recently took Sybil into my home as an emergency foster mum while a local animal rescue charity look for a forever home for her.

Sybil was rescued from a horrible life where she had been used for breeding for profit and, at 9 years old has only recently had a litter.

She is an amazing dog who, despite her past life, just loves everyone and wants to be loved.

Unfortunately her vet check this week showed that she has quite a pronounced heart murmur and we need to get a heart scan for her so that we can see whether she can have anaesthesia for a much needed spay and dental work to a mouth full of rotting teeth.

I would like to try to raise money to help with this and, if any of my dachshund-loving / dog loving friends would like to contribute a few pounds towards this, Sybil and I would be really grateful.
