Assist Lewa Children's Home students with school fees

Phyllis Keino started taking care of orphaned children with her husband, Kip Keino back in the 1960s, in Eldoret, Kenya, after close family friends died and their children were left with no where to go. The Keino's took them in with open arms, and soon their home grew to help more children from the community. Phyllis Keino, or "Mama Phyllis", continued this mission, creating Lewa Children's Home, a group home for children without caregivers. Currently, Lewa has 27 children under our care, from as young as infancy to as old as late adolescent. With teams of caregivers, social workers, and other professionals each child at Lewa is loved deeply and receives care of the highest quality.
We are asking for your support in school tuition and materials for the young people living at the home. With donations, the home is enabled to provide timely payment of school tuition, school feeding program, academic trips, payment for tutoring lessons, extracurricular activities like music and sports competitions. A small amount makes a significant difference in ensuring that the children have more learning opportunities and resources without which they would fall behind and be limited into the future.
