A Chance at a Happy Ending for Poppy

Hi, everyone. My name is Aly, and I’m reaching out for help with a heavy but hopeful heart.

A few months ago, I brought home an 11-year-old rescue cat named Poppy. She had just survived severe frostbite, and I wanted nothing more than to give her a safe, warm place to recover. Seeing everything she had already been through, I truly believed the hardest part of her life was behind her.

Tragically, the universe had other plans. We recently found a lump, and a biopsy confirmed that Poppy has feline mammary cancer.

Her vet has referred her to an oncologist, and her first major appointment is scheduled for June 3rd. Right now, we are trying to take things one day at a time, but the reality of veterinary costs is setting in.

I started this GoFundMe because I want to be able to walk through the doors of that oncology appointment and say, "Yes, whatever she needs."
