To pay for Nate’s final expenses
Donation protected
On May 11, 2023, I got the call and learned that we’d lost Nathan. Though I’d always feared it would happen, I never really believed that I’d have to make final arrangements for my son.
As you know, Nate struggled for years with his weight and all the complications that come along with obesity. He was in pain everyday & fought through it. He worked & maintained relationships with those he loved. He did things that most people couldn’t, just by getting up everyday. He was amazingly strong, he just didn’t know it about himself.
He was found at home in his room; everything is pointing to a heart attack. We think his heart just gave out from having to work so hard. Now, as much we’re all in pain, he’s not suffering anymore.
For those of you who were blessed to know him, you know how loving and kind he was. You also know how stubborn and infuriating he could be. You know how he always took care of those he loved better than he cared for himself. You know how he always gave good advice to others, but couldn’t always take advice. Mostly, you know how amazing he was and how much he’ll be missed.
We’re working on raising funds for his cremation, his urn, and his celebration of life. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
