Please Help Me Pay for Medical Co-Payments

Hello. My name is Jay Sullivan. At the end of February, I was taken to the hospital for back pain. When I was put through the Cat-scan the doctors discovered that I had stage 4 prostate cancer and bone cancer, and this is where the pain was coming from. Considering my age and family situation I decided not to have radical treatment but to opt for palliative and hospice care. However, I was in the hospital for a week and in a rehabilitation program for three weeks to recover my strength to go home. I am having some physical therapy at home for the next few weeks.

I am 72 years old and living on basic Social Security ($1,300/month) and Medicare. Medicare has paid for most of the costs, but there are still co-payments to be paid. So far they amount to $2,600, and there will still be some more costs coming for doctor visits, etc.

I own my house but Social Security will barely cover food and utilities. I was a minister for 20 years. I live alone and I have no savings or pension. I would be very grateful for your help to pay for these obligations before I pass away.
