Pay for Maximus' vet bills

Hi, I'm Josh and I'm fundraising to help pay for Max's vet bills. Max was my Christmas present from my wife and is the cat I had been hoping for since my childhood cat-friend Sunny passed on Easter last year.

Max was born in October and was given to an adoption agency nearby. My wife went and met him and adopted him while I was away for military training and surprised me when I got home with the best gift ever. Max had an immediate impact on our life and I am forever grateful for the time I was able to spend with him. Max had a sudden medical emergency and we rushed him to the emergency vet clinic where he is now. The vet informed us that the prognosis does not look good but we are praying and hoping that he will make it. Currently the vet bill totals $2900 at a minimum and the money raised will go directly towards paying for that.
