Pay for lifesaving treatment for Nala

Hi my name is Rhiannon, and I’m fundraising to help my sister Tess pay for lifesaving treatment for her beautiful 7 year old dog Nala. My sister is a hard working, single Mum who is facing a veterinarian bill of $4000. An amount of money she just does not have. Without medical treatment beautiful, gentle Nala will not survive the night.

Thanks to generous support Tess has been able to continue with Nala’s emergency treatment and she is showing significant signs of improvement. A good blood test earlier today (12/7). Nala has not been able to eat for the clinic but Tess has successfully gotten her to eat two small tins of food.

Nala is a loyal, sweet girl who is deeply loved by her humans- my sister, my 13 year old niece and 5 year old nephew. She was a rescue puppy from Pets Haven and loves to play with children above all else.

Today (July 11) Nala was struck down with sudden illness and unable to walk. She is currently critical and receiving lifesaving treatments for what the vet suspects is Addison’s Disease.

The $4000 quote is to cover the cost of in hospital treatment for the next four days- to stabilise her. She is currently critical.
