Hi, my name is Dillon Bugni and I’m helping my friend Brandon Fortin raise money to help pay for his dog, Frodo’s, surgeries. Frodo is a 7 year old Alaskan Malamute, a gentle giant, and Brandon’s best friend. On July 9th, 2023 Frodo was involved in a freak hiking accident where he fell off a cliff over 100 feet. During the fall Frodo sustained a multitude of injuries including a collapsed lung, dislocated hip, broken teeth and a lot of cuts and bruises. Brandon had to boulder down to Frodo and carry him out from the trail by himself before rushing him to the emergency vet. To get Frodo back in good health and live out the rest of his days as a happy and healthy dog his surgeries will exceed $12k. On top of the emotional stress this whole situation has caused Brandon it is also a huge financial burden.
