Hi, my name is Liane. As some of you know I’ve been selected to represent Great Britain at this years IDBF Dragonboat World Championships held in Brandenburg Germany 14-20th July 2025. I am very excited to be representing my country in a sport I’m now completely obsessed with since discovering Dragonboating whilst travelling in Aus and New Zealand.

As my friends and family know when faced with a challenge, I give my all.

The reason for this go fund me page is in response to some friends asking if there is anyway people can support me.

Dragonbaoting is an unfunded sport and as a team we have to pay for all our own training (gym costs, GB weekend training camps, local club membership and monthly training costs ), DB association membership, GB team kit, transport and accomodation individually in order to prepare for and attend the event in Germany.
