Pay for Expenses during Maxiofacial Surgery

My name is Jessica Lynn and Lily is my 17 year old daughter and will be having Maxiofacial Plastic Surgery on her jaw and chin Nov. 21st 2023 at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. When Lily was 5 years old she was diagnosed with a rare tumor on her jaw called Fibromatosis. This tumor is an aggressive terminal tumor, that was treated with chemo twice and caused her jaw to stop growing. She has undergone a few other surgeries to help align her face, and teeth and give her the ability to chew and breath correctly to help give her a longer healthy life. Lily has been shown such bravery through this process! She has one final surgery to complete the reconstruction of her face.

I am a single mother who runs a small business and will need time off from my work for over the recovery time and during her hospital stay and we are traveling to CHOP, a 6 hour trip there and back, once a week for 6 weeks after and will have many expenses. There is a chance that this entire surgery will not be covered fully by insurance as well, so we need all the help we can get. Please consider donating to help us get through this stressful time.
