Many of you know Collin's story some of you don't. He has been incarcerated for 16 and a half years.

He was convicted on the natural and probable consequences law which is no longer useable in court since the passing of SB1437 which went into effect Jan 2020. The DA's and Judges have been fighting this tooth and nail (esp. in LB courts) and not following the re-sentencing laws. Collin qualifies and we have been fighting this peticular fight going on 4 years now.

We just hired a new lawyer the cost was 25k we were able to pay the retainer fee , we just need some help with the rest.

I know times are rough but if any of you could see it in your hearts to donate even just a dollar it would be appreciated.
