On January 21, 2023, my good friend Beto Nambo was in a serious accident that badly damaged his head and hand. He has been home recovering and is not able to be out of bed for very long. His mother has not been able to work much because she needs to stay home to care for both Beto and his little brother, who was also injured in the accident with a broken back. Beto is needing another surgery on his hand but they are unable to pay for it. I am trying to raise money for his family so that Beto can have the surgery and so that they can pay some of the other medical and living expenses. Beto is a talented musician and before the accident, helped provide money for his family by playing in a band for various events. Since the family has lost both Beto’s and his mother’s income, their medical and family bills are growing. We want to help Beto now so that he can have his surgery and be able to make his beautiful music again.
