Help pay for Adriano's Palate expander

Dear Grade 6 Edinburgh Families,

As parents of Adriano Mennillo, we are reaching out to our wonderful community to seek support during a challenging time for our family.

Right before the holidays, Adriano experienced the unfortunate theft of his palate expander while at school. Despite the efforts of the school administration, discussions with the students, and an open dialogue with the community, no one has come forward to take responsibility for this act. While this has been a difficult experience, it has also sparked meaningful conversations among parents and children about the importance of accountability, respect, and standing against bullying.

As a family, we’ve had to bear the unexpected financial burden of replacing Adriano’s palate expander, an expense that came during an already costly time of year. One parent kindly suggested reaching out to our community for support, and with great humility, we are doing so now.

We would greatly appreciate any contributions from the Grade 6 Edinburgh community to help offset this unexpected cost. Your generosity would mean so much to us and serve as a reminder of the strength and compassion within our community.
