Hi, my name is Courtney Moisant and I am a pastry chef who has been fortunate enough to work at the recently shuttered three Michelin starred restaurant, Manresa. I am currently in the process of trying to raise money to start my own gelato shop and I am seeking donations to help make this dream a reality. One of the main reasons I am seeking funding is to purchase a new ice cream machine, which is obviously a crucial, and expensive, piece of equipment for any gelato shop.
