Hi, my name is Courtney Moisant and I am a pastry chef who has been fortunate enough to work at the recently shuttered three Michelin starred restaurant, Manresa. I am currently in the process of trying to raise money to start my own gelato shop and I am seeking donations to help make this dream a reality.
