Pay down a lawsuit

Hi. My name is Michael Sides and I am fundraising to stay in business. I run a property maintenance business. This winter was particularly tough with breakdowns and repairs. Costs were quite high and then we got hit with a lawsuit we are trying to settle. The lawsuit is from unscrupulous tech company that failed to deliver on their promises and is essentially a scam. We need to raise $8000.00 to maintain the settlement terms that were agreed upon. Otherwise we will have to pay $21000.00 plus fees and interest. We are stuck in the limbo of seasonal change, waiting for spring to arrive. It is tremendously stressful starting the season with this lawsuit hanging over our heads. We need help.
