Bryan Wain is known by so many musicians around Nashville as someone who works hard, is passionate about Country music, and always has a kind word for the people around him. He is an outstanding man and hardworking musician with a great heart.

On Wednesday, April 17th, Bryan was waiting in line at a McDonald’s drive through when he was shot in the face by someone attempting to carjack him. He pulled away from the carjacker after being shot, but turned back around when he noticed the man attempting to rob a woman in the parking lot. Instead of driving away, Bryan heroically went back to hit the suspect with his car, saving the woman.

Bryan has been a lifelong musician and has become a staple in Nashville in the years that he’s lived in town. While much of his life he has been a full time musician, he recently worked a traditional job to help supplement his music. Just a few months ago, he made the leap to play bass full time again. This was a difficult decision for him to make, but one that he was excited because he is so passionate about music. Because of this, his finances are extra tight in this season. Bryan is the sort of person that was made to play the bass. Any full time musician will tell you that the cost of living in Nashville alongside all of the medical expenses Bryan is facing are challenging to cover when gigs are inconsistent. In order to keep playing music and to have a place to live as he recovers, Bryan really needs your donations. He has no way to work until he has overcome his injury.

Musicians all over Nashville know and love Bryan. He’s always been a person that clearly cares about other people, but not very many of us will ever demonstrate that as heroically as he did.
