Pay Attorney fees and recover from Loss of car.

In April, my parked car has hit by an uninsured driver, knocking it across the street and damaging the rear bumper, wheels, and importantly but not yet known, the frame rail.
After weeks of telephone hot potato, I finally got progress in getting the car to a repair shop and having my insurance start the process of Repair quoting, telling me everything would be completely fixed up, though I'd have to wait 2-4 weeks on many parts that had to be shipped long distance.
A month goes by until all the parts come in and the shop starts its work, only for them to find damage to the frame rail (important structural support).
Insurance takes a second assessment, and decides that actual the car is a total loss. Which is deviating as I had only bought the car last year. But it gets worse. As they show me their valuation of the car, claiming it's worth almost Half of what it should be.
Now I've been arguing with them to correct their numbers, but with nearly another month of terrible communication, and no budging, I'm being forced to either settle for their offer, which will still leave me thousands of dollars in debt for a car loan without a car to show for it, or get attorneys involved...
So naturally the smart option is to get lawyers involved, a group I've already talked to says they can help, and are confident that the insurance is being unfair with their assessment, and should be able to fight for a significantly better deal. But they charge a flat fee of $750 up front.
I live paycheck to paycheck, and honestly already waist deep in debt. I've been biking a town over to get to my job, leaving me more exhausted than ever and making it hard to muster the energy to work more overtime than I already am.
So I'm here to ask for help, mostly to pay these attorneys, but also for any other monetary assistance beyond that to help drag myself out of the mountain of debt I'm in.
Thank you so much for taking your time to read this.
