Hi friends. No part of me does this lightly. I'm not great at asking for help, but Pax is having surgery in an effort to save his eye and prayerfully, most of his vision. His first surgery didn't work. The prognosis for this is good, but there are some risks. We're praying he does well with the anesthesia and this is the only procedure he will need. He's in good hands at Virginia Tech this morning. With being in expert hands comes expert costs. The surgery is expected to be between $2000-$2500. We've spent $500 so far trying to save his eye from a tiny injury from a play session with Louie, but those things didn't work and it progressively got worse.
Again, we expect nothing but would be grateful for anything. I hate doing this, but with everything that piled up with all of mine and Evie's medical issues this year, this is a lot. We know the Lord provides and we'll be totally okay no matter what. Our boys will always get the best care regardless of the costs, but if you can help, we'd be so appreciative. If you can share, that'd be great too. More than anything though, please keep Paxton in your prayers. He means the world to me and I want him to have the best quality of life possible. Thanks for reading
