PawsHeaven Charity, a small rescue center is in a build up process while struggling to be functional and starting a Rescue Centre and Vet Clinic in Pakistan. The founder, Sohaib Khan; an individual with a team of 5 is on the frontlines every day trying to save stray dogs and cats who are abandoned, injured, starving, or suffering from diseases daily—often clinging to life by a thread.
Every day the Charity Organization receives heartbreaking calls: puppies thrown out like trash, cats with broken bones, dogs too weak to hold themselves up. And we continuously try to save every poor soul we can.
We are starting this fund-raiser with the hope to have your support for a small entity that has been struggling to help abused and abandoned animals since 2018.
Why We Do What We Do
The mission began when Sohaib found a tiny puppy trembling in the gutter, her leg broken and her eyes filled with fear. He named her Hope—and she became his first rescue. Since that day, he has tirelessly worked to help over 5000 animals seek medical care, food, shelter, and a second chance at life.
The plan is to have two Outpatient Department's (OPDs), one Operation Theatre (OT) and one Grooming Space.
As each vet bill incurred from an outside clinic is ~25-30k PKRs ($125-150CAD), it is getting unaffordable and we plan to appoint our own 24/7 in-house vets to accommodate boarding and lodging of animals under treatment within our own facility.
What We’re Facing
Stray animals in Karachi face extreme abuse, malnutrition, disease, and end up being targets of road accidents.
There are no government-funded shelters or free clinics available for them.
Our small team is overwhelmed, and the need far outweighs the resources available.
The team is running out of resources as the build up process, and out-sourced vet bills are costing more and more money —and without your help, we will not be able to get the Veterinary Clinic and the Shelter operating.

- Vaccinations, spaying/neutering to stop overpopulation
- Daily food for over 40 rescued animals in shelter and mainly on streets.
- Medical supplies for our small clinic
- Parasite treatments and recovery support for injured animals
