On July 25, 2017, a grass fire started in Fairburn, SD and spread to the home of Pennington County Sheriff's Office CCADP employees Jim and Sharlene Pawelski. Their 26-year-old daughter, Julia, died as a result of the fire.
Jim and Sharlene not only lost their child in this tragic fire, but also their home and all of their belongings. The money collected in this campaign will be given directly to the Pawelski's to help cover Julia's funeral costs as well as help them replace their belongings.
