Paw Help UK - Dogs in Need - Scotland Walk Fundraiser!

This is an amazing rescue that saves hundreds of dog's lives every year, from puppies just a few weeks old to older dogs aged 10 and over who just want shelter and warmth at the end of their lives.

Many dogs are sadly no longer seen as family members who are loving, loyal animals. Sammy has fostered for the rescue for over a year and has cared for many dogs with different heart-breaking stories - some of the dogs owners abandoned them in England, some were left war-torn and being bombed with no escape, some were abused and dragged from moving cars and others were tied in bags and left in a field with injuries that could have lead them to a horrible fate if nobody helped.

These beautiful loving souls have been through so much hardship, and wish for nothing more than a warm bed and a gentle hand to love them.

The money raised from this fundraiser will all be given to this incredible rescue to help provide funds for travel, food, beds, toys, medication and vets bills.

We were previously doing a 15k mud run, however for extenuating circumstances we can no longer do this, but we did not want the money to go to waste, so ….

Sammy and Andy from Blue Mountain Homes, are doing a sponsored walk over the beautiful Scottish scenery with one of the fantastic young people in the company, to raise money for this great rescue!

It will be a test of patience, determination and hard-will to persevere but we know we are doing this for a good cause and of course for some fun!
