My name is Lisa Shepherd. As many of you know, my niece, Heather Berry, went to be with the Lord on March 8, 2010. Heather died at Nates work due to an accident. For the last 6 years Nate has been tied up in court. He has incurred a tremendous amount of debt. Today he lost his case in court. Nate is exhausted, he has no plans to appeal. It is time to give Heather rest. Heather still does not have a headstone and due to all the legal expenses Nate cannot afford one. I am asking for any help. My family will also be helping Nate as much as we can. Heather and Nate has so many people who love and care for them that if everyone donated even a small amount it would be a huge weight off of Nate. Thank you all!
