Pavilion Preschool is a hidden gem, a treasure trove of learning and play, created by passionate parents over 50 years ago and nurtured by a caring community. We aim to stay open and serve the community of Aigburth for another 50 years. We have big ambitions, to raise a total of £410,000 to replace our crumbling portakabin building and be able to open our doors to new community revenue streams that can secure the financial sustainability of the preschool. A new building would allow the preschool to flourish and grow and provide much needed holiday clubs, term time wrap around care and community business use.
Our targets are to:
1. Improve the Preschool offer and  learning experiences
2. Improve the community offer
3. Offer financial sustainability.

Our Vision
A magical community not-for-profit preschool, offering up to 28 children per session the opportunity to attend for up to 32.5hours per week, over 38 weeks.  Offering an environment vibrant with creativity, adventure and imagination that will set our children off on their journey of life-long learning. A  space that reflect the skills and experience of our talented early years leaders. A place you never want to leave and will carry in your childhood memory for ever.  A sustainable community preschool supported by breakfast, after-school and holiday clubs. An intergenerational community space used by small local businesses during evening or weekends. An environmentally kind building that operates quietly and efficiently in the suburbs of Aigburth for another 50 years, working in partnership with its neighbours.

Pavilion Mission Statement
Holding hands on a journey of learning, adventure and play...stopping along the way to marvel at the beauty and wonder of the world.

Our Values
- Respect and team work
- Freedom and honesty
- Joy and enthusiasm
- Caring and nurturing
- Adventure and imagination
- Growth and independence
- Playfulness and creativity

Our mission is based on the above principles, that are all underpinned by the most fundamental ones of 'respect ' and ‘teamwork’:
We respect each child and all they have to offer and involve them in everything we do We respect their families who are partners in their children’s learning and work with them to nurture their children
We respect each other as professionals and unite to create a positive learning environment

From this foundation of respect and collaboration, our other values spring naturally: we aspire to give each child the chance to grow and ensure their time with us is filled with joy, adventure and play.

We are raising money in aid of PAVILION PRE-SCHOOL (AIGBURTH) to replace the crumbing building and secure the future of  the community preschool for future generations.

Every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us at Pavilion. Find out more about our preschool at
