Both Ambhoda and Pavan Gopa give their lives to the development of the Krishna movement, especially in Mayapur India. Both are super hard working and artists by nature. Hare Krishna. Please accept my humble obeisances.

​I am writing to share a health challenge I have been facing for the last year. I have been battling a systemic autoimmune condition combined with damage to my ligaments and meniscus cartilage. This inflammation has critically limited my mobility, making walking difficult and painful, and I am currently reliant on knee braces to move around.
