Please Help Paul Beat Melanoma
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family and Community,
The Cloutier Family is asking for your help. Paul Cloutier, husband to Lori and Dad to Kylie, 11 and Karinne, 9, is fighting an aggressive form of melanoma skin cancer. Paul is a self employed gardener and a loving, kind and wonderful person whom we love very much!
Paul, 45, was diagnosed in 2009 with a Desmoplastic/Neurotropic Melanoma Stage IIB. The cancer, initially found in his lip, has now spread to his jaw bone and lymph node and has reached Stage IV. After numerous surgeries, Paul is no longer able to have the cancer operated on due to its size and location in his jaw.
Paul doesn’t like to admit it, but the cancer and treatments are affecting his ability to work and support his family. Paul and his family are reliant on his income, but due to his illness and the side effects of the treatment, he is unable to maintain a full time schedule. Paul’s family is seeking assistance for high insurance deductibles and accruing medical bills.
Paul is fighting the good fight. In June 2015, he started an Immunotherapy program, but so far the side effects have been too much and doctors have temporarily discontinued the treatment. Paul starts Chemotherapy next week and we are hoping for a good outcome and full recovery.
A cancer diagnosis is incredibly devastating, but to see Paul also struggling with increasing debt due to medical bills just breaks our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers go out to anyone who is in a similar situation.
We are reaching out to friends, family and the greater community for financial assistance. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much,
The Cloutier Family
