Our family is asking for prayers and support for my father, Paul Meulenberg, as he continues to fight through congestive heart failure and several serious health complications. On May 14th, Paul was life-flighted into Houston. Since then, he has undergone vascular surgery and has relied on an ECMO machine to help support his heart and lungs, among other procedures and current health conditions.

Watching someone you love go through so much has been incredibly difficult, but we are holding tightly to our faith in God. Every day is a step on the path toward recovery and him beginning his second chance at life.

As he continues this journey, we are preparing for the adjustments that will come with his new way of life once he is discharged. We are hoping to provide him with the care, medical necessities, and home modifications needed to make daily life safer and more comfortable during recovery. From mobility assistance and medical equipment to renovations that will better accommodate his health needs, every contribution will go directly toward helping him regain stability and comfort at home.
