This beautiful octopus picture by Neil Williams came into Paul’s life in September last year, when he saw it in the window of the gallery in Cowes. - He was so drawn to it and then started seeing octopus everywhere. He still adores it and keeps telling me he’ll get it ‘one day’ when he’s achieved this or that, but I know that Paul never buys anything for himself (apart from running trainers!) and would simply not spend this amount of money on himself, purely for his enjoyment. The smaller is £495 and the full size is £750.

That’s why I think this would be a perfect 50th birthday gift for him. Something beautiful, that brings him joy and will always remind him of this milestone in his life.

You are absolutely enough, and no presents or cards are required to attend Paul’s 50th birthday party of course! However, if you were planning on doing so, rather than buy cards or gifts I’m asking that you contribute towards this picture for him.

Also, fun fact, did you know octopus have 9 brains?

…I have said for years I’m sure Paul has octopus brains as he can simultaneously do at least 9 things at the same time. In fact, that’s how he prefers to work (in work, the kitchen or life!) and when he thrives.
