Injured Jockey Paul Nolan Fund

Donation protected

As many of you have heard already Paul Nolan was racing April 18th, 2017 at Will Rogers Track when his horse Pure Chrome, collapsed beyond the wire after finishing the 8th race.  He was airlifted from the track to St. John's Hospital where he is in Intensive Care. He has no broken bones (Unbelievable) but has severe swelling of the spine. He will require months of physical therapy and rest.

As many of you know as a jockey you are self-employed and even though your injured the bills still keep coming in. There will be a lot of out of pocket Expenses that need to be taken care of.

Paul will be focusing on his recovery for several months and it will be a full time job to recover and return to riding. In the meantime, life's expenses will continue. Without a steady income, and with added medical expenses, it will be difficult to meet new financial obligations. Please help us close this financial gap and give Paul the gift of being able to concentrate on his recovery, without added financial worries.

We need Paul back to 100% so he can get back in the saddle and do what he loves doing. Paul has had previous accidents and has had the fight to recover and return to doing what he loves and what he is great at. He started his career in 1990 when he came over from England to race. He has won many races and is truly the most honest jockey and willing to get on first time starters to seasoned horses. You will always see him on the backside in the morning riding from Top trainers to small trainers. He has never let anyone down. So lets not let him down!

We ask that you please share his go fund page on your wall and in groups you belong too. If you are unable to make a donation please say a prayer for Paul and Sherry.

We will post updates as soon as Sherry gives them on his care. Right now Paul he needs rest and to get the swelling down so they can determine the amount of damage there is.

Paul & Sherry want to thank you all for the kind messages on Facebook and all the prayers.

When Paul makes it back home to Minnesota and we know more of the damages we would like to plan a benefit for him.
