Hi, I am Ruben, Pauline’s youngest. Thank you for your support this past month, it’s been very hard on us. On 12/1/23 my mom went to the ER because of abdominal pain and they said it was her gallbladder, she went for surgery the next morning. The doctors were concerned once the surgery was done and did a biopsy. On 12/4 the results came back positive for Gallbladder cancer, over the next weeks my mom became more ill, unfortunately her cancer was aggressive and had spread to her liver and the tumor had obstructed her liver from functioning, she was discharged from Stanford on 12/23 on hospice. She got to spend the holiday with her loved ones and gave us an amazing Christmas Day. However on 12/26/23 Heaven gained another angel. Since then I’ve been asked how can you help pay, so until 1/3/24 I’ll have this up to help with her expenses to lay her to rest. Once again i thank you your support truly means the world. Her viewing will be held at Porterville Funeral & cremation on 1/7/24 from 3-8pm and service on 1/8/24 [phone redacted]am then proceed to Hillcrest Cemetery to lay her to rest at 11am
