My mum and I have decided to run the New York marathon for Action Cancer. This will be my 2nd marathon and my mums 10th! My mum will be turning 60 the week before the race and it has been her dream to run a marathon with me. This will be my mum's final marathon before she hangs up her trainers after an impressive 30 years of running marathons.

Any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us. We feel strongly that almost everyone has been affected by terminal illness, cancer, or loss, even if not personally. Running is a way to honour our loved ones who have passed, special mention to mums dad and my grandad Desmond who passed 26 years ago to cancer. It’s a chance for us to turn something physically challenging into something deeply meaningful.
