My name is Paul Harris Steward. I am a writer and director who is passionate about storytelling. On June 28, 2026 I released my directorial debut short film, Just Do It.

In this short film, Just Do It, I explore the quintessential 24 hours of my life where I am forced to deal with this disruptive demon, better known as severe depression.

I wrote Just Do It to share my story to help any boy, girl, man, or woman out there who is suffering in silence.
