Hi everyone, 

I'm currently on a LOA from work due to my medical issues. 

I have: 

hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome

Empty sella syndrome

POTS & other forms of dysautonomia 

Craniocervical instability 

CSF pressure issues (imaging indicative of low csf and also high csf so widdling down what the heck is going on there)

Chronic joint/muscular pain

Chronic migraines/headaches

(Occipital and trigeminal neuralgias)

A new flare up of autoimmune symptoms

(Raynaud's, Sjogren's, scleroderma)

And more...

I have memory issues, brain fog, balance and coordination issues, that make things even more difficult for me. I'm always in pain.

Because it's been hell to get taken seriously and hell to get the right diagnoses, I also have medical PTSD that has recently been triggered by the new unknown autoimmune symptoms. 

Because my leave administrator with work has dropped the ball, I am now a month without my pay, which is now 80% of my pay due to the time off work. Everything's approved, just waiting to get my back pay. I'm so grateful for my work to have the capability to take time off like this, it's not easy. 

The treatments we'll be trying aren't covered by insurance. First to tackle is prolotherapy to help with my CCI. That's over 800 for the first round out of 3. 

I need help with treatments and to help cover bills until I get my back pay. I am being referred to UT Southwestern in Dallas rheumatology and not sure what all is next for me. 

Really, anything helps. I know times are tough, but really anything helps. 

I will fill y'all in as time goes on. This is all I have the energy to type right now.
