Just before Christmas, our mum Paula, was diagnosed with malignant breast cancer (Invasive Ductal Carcinoma).
Her breast cancer treatment plan starts next week with 6 months of intensive chemotherapy, followed by a mastectomy and another 3 months of radiotherapy and hormone therapy, followed by more chemotherapy.
Mum's diagnosis and subsequent treatment plan rules out her being able to work in 2019. This loss of income is causing her significant stress.
We hope to raise some money to help alleviate some of the financial strain so we can prioritize her health and well-being.
Mum needs to be able to focus on her treatment and recovery without stressing about how to pay her mortgage.
