Paula's Accident

On Sunday Feburary 2nd my mom and I were in an automobile accident. We were driving down Embassy and another car lost control and hit a sign and then jumped over the lanes and hit us head on. We were sent to the Trauma unit at Bayonet Pointe and I received emergency surgery and my mother was taken to ICU after the emergency room. We are both ok but have a lot of time coming that we need to heal. I have 22 staples from my crotch to my sternum. I have a fractured L2 and a fractured orbital socket as well as many many ripped and pulled muscles, bruises, and abrasions.   

Unfortunately bills don't stop just because something happens. I hate to even have to make one these but I can't get back to work until I can sit up and walk, which may be a while.  

I understand times are hard so please don't feel obligated to donate just because we are friends. If you can't, I totally understand. I love you all.  Thank you everyone who wishes me well and sent your good thoughts. I absolutely believe that kind of good put into the universe does help.
