Paula Hood Russell

Hi I’m Chad Russell a brother of Caleb Russell’s and Brother in law to the late Paula Russell, I sit here still trying to wrap my head around the loss of Paula…with her passing leaves a huge hole in our family and hearts…in August Paula was diagnosed with colorectal cancer already stage 4 a shocking and life changing and ultimately ending diagnosis. Paula fought her fight with her family as quietly and gracefully as she could for both a long and short 9 months to its end on Mother’s Day May 11th at about 5 pm with her husband Caleb Russell and her kids Hattie and Peter Russell by her side along with several others who loved and cared for her. Paula Died at the far to early age of 44 leaving her family behind. She was a strong, beautiful and kind hearted mother, wife, cop, friend and many other things, those that knew her well knew her determination, her passion and her sheer cornerstone ability. The loss has shocked her family and with that unexpected loss has come many unexpected experiences, it’s hard to ask for help when we need it but we all do from time to time. Donations will all go to funeral and health care expenses any remaining will be used to maintain a life that they’ve built god willing.
