Paul Williams - Chase the Sun South 2024

We completed Chase the Sun and rode all 205 miles. We started at 4.35am and arrived at Weston Super Mare at 9.11pm, 22 mins before sunset! I would like to say that it was by far the hardest thing I have ever had to do so far, mentally and physically!

On Saturday, 22nd June 2024, I will be riding 205 miles across the south of England, from Minster on Sea to Weston-Super-Mare. I wanted to set myself one more big challenge before I turn 50!

I managed to convince my friend Marcus to join me for this little challenge. We will be setting off at 4:41am (sunrise) and aim to reach our destination no later than 9.33pm (sunset).

I'm raising money in aid of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity who treated my daughter for cancer 14 years ago. It is only when you go through something like this that you truly appreciate the excellent work that these hospitals do.

If you could chuck a few pennies in the pot to help another child to ring the bell, that would be fantastic support.
