I’m taking part in Tour de 4 again, taking place in Glasgow on the 6th September. This cycling event was launched last year by Sir Chris Hoy to challenge perceptions of Stage 4 cancer and raise vital funds for cancer charities.
Having ridden last year, I can honestly say it was one of the most powerful, humbling and inspiring experiences I’ve ever been part of. The atmosphere, the people, and the shared purpose make it something truly special.
I’m fundraising for Prostate Cancer UK, one of the Tour de 4’s official charity partners.
This cause is deeply personal to me. In 2025, I lost my brother Stephen to prostate cancer. Like Chris, he was diagnosed at Stage 4. Riding Tour de 4 is my way of honouring Stephen, his courage and his strength and helping raise awareness so others facing this diagnosis feel less alone.
Returning for 2026 feels important. This isn’t just a one-off challenge; it’s something I want to continue supporting and building on.
A huge thank you to everyone who supported me last year — your generosity genuinely made a difference.
If you’re able to support again this year, whether through a donation or simply sharing this page, I’d be incredibly grateful.
Every contribution helps fund life-changing research and support.
Thank you
