Paul Wegner: Getting Back on His Feet Account

Paul contracted COVID-19 shortly before Christmas. This diagnosis quickly caused a significant infection and brought on diabetes complications. As a result, Paul needed to have both legs amputated - one above the knee and one below the knee.

Paul has a long road to recovery. Paul wants to be fitted with prosthetics in about nine months to support his continued recovery. He has a strong spirit and wants to be as independent and mobile as possible. We know that God has many plans for Paul. He is determined to continue serving others and giving glory to God despite these challenging circumstances.
