On January 20, Clover Ericson found her 15-year-old son Paul Valadez (also known as "Nonies") had passed away in his sleep. His death was unexpected, and as a fellow parent I can barely fathom how much this must hurt.
Memorial expenses should be the last thing a parent of a child who unexpectedly passes before them should worry about. Please join me in a small effort to make one aspect of this tragic event less worrisome for this family that has endured so much.
Paul Valadez was a freshman at Valhalla High School and was getting his start in Norseman football. He attended Hillsdale Middle School and Rancho San Diego Elementary before that. He had a bright future ahead of him and was very close with his younger sister, Isabella.
Clover Ericson attended Mt. Miguel High School, along with Paul's auntie/second mama, Jessica Ericson. I'm sure Paul's high school football team beat the Matadors.
Nonies joins Clover & Jessica's little brother, "John-John," and their father, who (as teens) we affectionately called "Papa John," in his afterlife.
Please keep this family in your thoughts/prayers, and if you can find the means, please strongly consider a contribution, however small, in rememberance of a life taken FAR TOO SOON.
